DIGITAL GRAPHIC WORKFLOW

Eliminating the variables of the flexo Pre-press process, helps to establish a consistent workflow and leads to improved printing quality. Having a totally digital workflow is the first essential step.

Flexo printing forms come in all shapes and sizes, with a large percentage of flexo being produced using photopolymer plates, produced from flat plate, imaged using by a multi-stage process and mounted ready for printing on rotary mounting sleeves.

Direct Laser engraving uses a simple graphic workflow, to process a 1 bit tiff into a 3 dimensional relief image ready for laser imaging into the finished printing form. This ensures no process or operator influenced variation of the digital image through the pre-press process, resulting in exact reproduction of the client image on the finished print form.
